We want you to feel confident trying Made Brave. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

To start a return, please email us at help@madebraveco.com with your order number.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@madebraveco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing—we’re happy to help.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at help@madebraveco.com.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


A Note on Shipping

We work with trusted partners and makers to fulfill your order. In some cases, items may ship separately.

This allows us to offer a wider range of thoughtfully selected products while maintaining quality and care.
