Grass-fed tallow and shea butter carry most of the moisture. Blue tansy gives the cream its pale blue color and its name, alongside rosemary, tamanu, and a touch of honey and propolis. Nothing added just to smell like something — the scent here is whatever these ingredients smell like together, nothing layered on top.
