What It Tastes Like

How to Brew

Steep about 2 teaspoons (3.5 g) in 10 oz of just-boiled water for 4–5 minutes — longer is stronger. The leaves reinfuse 1–2 more times. Also beautiful iced: steep concentrated in a few ounces of hot water, then dilute over ice.
