Fourteen days to trace how you got here, and where you actually want to go.
Some resets don't need a whole year. They need two weeks, a fixed order of pages, and permission to actually sit with the questions instead of skimming past them. Reflect & Reset walks you through your past, then your present, then what you want next — gratitude and old scars first, present tensions and belonging in the middle, dreams and legacy by the end. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes a day, in the same seat if you can manage it, for fourteen days straight.
There's no blank page here. Each day's prompt is written out for you, building on what you wrote the day before, so you're never staring at an empty spread wondering where to start.
A guided arc, not a scattered list of questions. Early days ask about gratitude, childhood joy, and old courage. Middle days sit with what's tense or unresolved right now. Final days look ahead — dreams, mortality, the legacy you're actually building versus the one you assumed you were. A closing "Celebrate and Harvest" section sends you back through what you wrote to pull out the handful of things worth carrying forward.
Holstee started in 2009, when its founders sat on the steps of Union Square in New York and wrote down what success actually meant to them after leaving their corporate jobs. That page became the Holstee Manifesto — shared millions of times since, translated into more than a dozen languages. Reflect & Reset is built on the same instinct: that the right questions, asked in the right order, can hand you back a clearer sense of your own direction.
Set aside 15 to 25 minutes a day, ideally the same time each day, and move through the journal in order — each prompt is meant to build on the last. Write freely; there's no editing required and no answer that's wrong. A digital version is also available if you'd rather work through the prompts on your phone or tablet.
72 pages, cotton fabric hardcover with a lay-flat binding, vellum-finish paper, printed endpapers, and head and tail bands. Printed on FSC-certified paper. Also available as a digital download for personal use.
Anyone who feels off-course but can't quite name why. A structured reset after a big transition — a move, a breakup, a job change, a birthday that hit harder than expected. Someone who's tried gratitude journals or morning pages and wanted more depth than a single line a day. A once-a-year ritual for checking whether your life still points where you meant it to.
Fourteen days is short enough to finish, and long enough to actually change your mind about something.
