Soft from the very first wash, the way linen is supposed to be.
Our Stone Washed Linen Tea Towel is handwoven in Kerala, India, from premium European flax, using traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations. It's then stone-washed for that exceptionally soft, lived-in feel right out of the package.
It's a Fair Trade piece, medium-weight at 190 gsm, naturally absorbent and quick-drying, in Gold, Sage, Terra Cotta, Oyster, or Flax.
Untreated linen can feel stiff for the first several washes. Stone washing skips that break-in period, so the towel is soft to the touch on day one and only gets better from there. Each piece is handmade in small batches with AZO-free dyes, so no two towels are perfectly identical.
Drying dishes, lining a bread basket, draped over an oven handle. Finished with a clean hemmed edge and a hanging loop, it's built for daily kitchen use, not just for looks.
18" x 26". 100% stone-washed linen, handwoven from premium European flax. Ethically crafted in India. 190 gsm. Hemmed edges with hanging loop. Colors: Gold, Sage, Terra Cotta, Oyster, Flax. Care: machine wash, tumble dry. Sold individually.
Kitchens that reach for the same towel every day and want it to hold up. A simple, useful housewarming gift. Anyone building out a set of Fair Trade table and kitchen linens.
