Carob and chicory are the common thread running through nearly every blend in this lineup, and they're both still here. What actually sets the Dandelion sub-line apart is what gets added and what gets left out: roasted dandelion root joins the base, and barley — the ingredient responsible for most of Teeccino's blends not being gluten-free — is left out entirely. That's the real distinction: not a different base, but the standard carob-and-chicory base with dandelion root added and barley removed, which is what makes it naturally gluten-free.
