What It Tastes Like

Peach, crème fraîche, iris, and lime blossom over roasted oolong. Floral but modern — never perfumey.

How to Brew

Use about one tablespoon (3.5 g) of loose tea per 10 oz of water just under boiling and steep 4–5 minutes. Try it three ways: plain and hot, with a splash of milk, or brewed strong and poured over ice — each one is a different tea.
