The Drum collection, created in collaboration with Christopher Merchant, is inspired by the beauty of order—both engineered and natural. Drawing from Bernd and Hilla Becher’s iconic images of revolutionary industrial technology, and from highly structured organic forms like mushroom gills, flower petals, and refracted light, this design brings symmetry, texture, and quiet intrigue into a timeless lamp silhouette.

Christopher Merchant’s goal was to hold these inspirations inside a classic profile, while letting the distinctive character of 3D printing shine through—celebrating the precision, pattern, and possibility of a technology that is, itself, a modern revolution.
