Buttercream and toasted sugar, minus the coffee bean.
There's a specific kind of craving that shows up around 3pm — not quite hunger, just a pull toward something sweet and a little indulgent. English Toffee is built for that moment: buttercream and toasted sugar flavor layered over roasted chicory root, finished with a light dusting of cacao for a cup that tastes more like dessert than a coffee substitute.
It's caffeine-free, so that 3pm cup doesn't turn into a wide-awake 11pm.
Despite the name, there's no dairy in this blend — the buttercream flavor comes entirely from natural flavors and a light dusting of cacao powder over the roasted base, not actual butter or cream. That makes it a dessert-flavored cup that happens to also work for anyone avoiding dairy, without it ever being marketed that way.
Organic carob, organic barley, organic chicory, dates, natural flavors, almonds, organic figs, and cacao powder. Contains almonds; the barley content means this one isn't gluten-free.
Use it in a French press, drip machine, or pour-over, roughly one rounded tablespoon per two cups of water. Holds up well as a cold brew too.
Acid-free and GMO-free. Available in an 11oz bag. Caffeine-free. Contains almonds; not gluten-free due to barley. A Teeccino blend, carried at Made Brave.
The afternoon sweet-tooth pull that doesn't need to turn into a trip to the pantry. Dessert-coffee fans who want the flavor without the sugar crash. Dairy-free households looking for a buttercream flavor that was never dairy to begin with. Not a fit for anyone avoiding almonds or gluten, given the ingredients above.
All the buttercream, none of the butter — and nothing keeping you up after.
