Vanilla, done in a dark roast.
Vanilla coffee usually means a splash of syrup added after the fact. French Vanilla does it differently — fragrant, creamy vanilla bean flavor blended with dark roasted ramón seeds and chicory root from the start, for a cup that's vanilla all the way through instead of vanilla poured on top.
It's caffeine-free, so the smooth, rounded finish doesn't come with the usual afternoon trade-off.
A lot of vanilla-flavored coffee relies entirely on natural flavor with no actual vanilla in the bag. This one includes both — natural vanilla bean flavor for the aromatic lift, and organic vanilla bean itself for the real thing underneath it. That combination is part of why it reads as rounder and more genuine than a one-note vanilla syrup flavor.
Organic carob, organic barley, organic chicory, organic ramón seeds, organic natural vanilla bean flavor, and organic vanilla bean. Made on machinery that also processes almonds; the barley content means this one isn't gluten-free.
Use it in a French press, drip machine, or pour-over, roughly one rounded tablespoon per two cups of water. Holds up well as a cold brew too.
Acid-free and GMO-free. Available in an 11oz bag or a trial size. Caffeine-free. Not gluten-free, due to barley. Made on machinery that also processes almonds. A Teeccino blend, carried at Made Brave.
Vanilla coffee fans who want the flavor built in, not poured on top. Evening cups that shouldn't interfere with sleep. Not a fit for anyone avoiding gluten, given the barley content.
The real bean, doing the real work.
